It can of course happen that an article does not meet your expectations, in that case you can exchange it.

Please let us know within 7 days of receiving the item by sending an email to info@cocofilbry.com. Please explain the reason for your exchange or return in this email and we will send you the instructions for the returning process.

The costs for the return are not reimbursed by Coco Filbry.

For the costs of returning please check the website of post.nl.

Custom-made items can not be returned.
